A Work in Progress

I've been on this spiritual journey for some time now. I'm not a survivalist and I really didn't consider the term homesteading when I bought some land to relocate, planted a garden, and bought some critters. Turns out, even in the 21st Century, it's still called homesteading. I wanted a special name for this blog and when my granddaughter showed me one of her new school shirts with the Batman logo, it just hit me.
HOLY HOMESTEADING it is.
Just as there is something new to learn every day in homesteading, I don't have the HOLY part down pat yet either, but in the seclusion of homesteading there are fewer opportunities to display unholiness, so that's progress! I'm not sure about the frequency of blog updates, but since I am working the bugs out of organic gardening . . . literally, and finding a great many uses for goat's milk, I will be sharing my discoveries, as well as experiences to avoid.
My goal here at Holy Homesteading is to be a good example, but some days I may serve as a horrible warning.
