Things In Place

I do realize sooner or later, I'm going to have to leave the place a bit more frequently . . . I have been to town three times since December 20, 2012, and it's been to a different town every time. That's one of those gotcha thoughts as I typed it. I truly am blessed to live this life I live. I like being home and I don't mind going to town for a purpose and to accomplish that purpose. Speaking of purpose, it's been pretty purposeful around here for a few days. As my Granddaughter said when she was three, "I buzzy!" That meant she was busy and did not want to stop coloring, or share a toy with her sister, or whatever she was doing, she did not care to be disturbed. I'm not nearly as cute when I'm "buzzy." But I have gotten things done.
I, of course, rested on Shabbat, but my book is officially in print, although I don't have a copy yet, but I've been assured, it's on it's way. I've also rearranged both additions and today is the anniversary of the beginning of the first one. When it started I thought I knew the plan, but G-d had a different one, and I'm so glad I didn't insist upon or settle for what I was thinking . . . So what was first to be a breakfast nook/office has now become officially a meeting room/dining room/office. I moved two printers and a sewing machine, then rearranged my work station and it just SUPER Sized the room!
I also rearranged the other addition, and it now nicely houses the other two printers, the antique sewing machine has become a computer desk, and there's a nice new coziness in adding a fireplace. I have been buzzy! I didn't realize, until I was writing my last book, that I had sort of a need for atmosphere, but I apparently do, since I wrote the last book on a laptop on a TV tray, next to the fireplace in the living room. I'm grateful for the blessings that I have received in these past few months and I'm about to launch a ministry expansion. It's taken me a long time to realize and get in place for The Plan, I mean The Plan; G-d's Plan. It's been a lot of learning, definitely some trial and error, and some real serious dying to self. That was the hard part. I love to learn, and I can pick myself up and dust myself off in trial and error, but dead is just dead. Not that the particular parts of me that needed to go, are grieved so much, it was just hard to give up some things that society promotes that G-d does not.
Now, as I have re-stacked bookshelves and moved some files today, I've launched two very exciting things on this anniversary of enlarging the tent . . . I've planted some tomatoes and peppers in the green house for this year's garden. G-d willing, they will be nice healthy bedding plants by the middle of April, to transplant in the garden. And I'm putting together the first edition of The Goshen Gazette. I'm blessed to know some amazing internet journalists and we are putting our heads together to bring nonpartisan news back to America. I'll share the link to the Press Release. www.goshengazette.org It seems last year as I thought everything was falling apart, that wasn't the case at all. Everything was falling into place!
