There are two wonderful praise reports to share. The babies that I brought in last week are now back outdoors with mama. By the grace of YHWH, they did remain bonded with mama by her "milk deliveries" into the house three times a day. I'd never done that before, but it worked out beautifully. All three are doing well and the kids are enjoying the other kids as well.
In other news, I am just praising our Heavenly Father with exuberance! This winter has been a particularly cold winter across most of the country. I even posted, asking for other homesteader's ideas in dealing with ice, but didn't get a single bit of advice. Since that first Shabbat in December and a single prayer requesting insight on ice breaking, that early preparation day morning, I have not lifted a shovel, an axe, or any implement to break ice on Shabbat all winter! HalleluYah! This truly has been a mighty move of our Heavenly Father.
Not to speak presumptuously, as I realize winter is not yet over, but I cannot emphasize enough, the amazing answer to a simple request. I'm happy to implement instructions I'm given either in prayer, or advice from fellow believers. When I asked in prayer and in the article, I expected to have to do something, or be assured breaking ice for the animals wasn't work . . . but no, the hand of my Heavenly Father literally kept that water from freezing, every Shabbat. I've broken ice on stock tanks several mornings this winter. This has been far from an ice free winter, yet it's been a winter of ice free Shabbats.
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be
opened unto you: words of Messiah
